What web accessibility means to us

Web accessibility means creating a digital environment that can be easily navigated and understood by all individuals, regardless of their abilities. It involves designing and developing our website to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users.

Accessibility Arrangements at Our Physical Office
 

Our office is designed to be accessible and comfortable for all visitors. Below is an overview of the accessibility arrangements available from arrival to service areas:
 

Parking & Arrival

• Accessible parking spaces are available near the main entrance.

• Drop-off area is located directly in front of the building entrance.

• The pathway from the parking area to the entrance is wheelchair-friendly and free of steps.
   

Public Transportation Access

• The nearest bus stop is located approximately a 3–5 minute walk from the office.

• Sidewalks and pathways leading to the building are accessible and unobstructed.
   

Building Entrance

• The main entrance has a wide, step-free entryway.

• Automatic doors are available for ease of access.
   

Interior Accessibility

• All office areas, including meeting rooms and service counters, are accessible via wide hallways and ramps.

• Elevators are available and equipped with:

  • Braille buttons

  • Voice announcements

  • Low-height control panels
     

Service Areas

• Reception and service desks are designed with accessible counter heights.

• Meeting rooms have space to accommodate wheelchairs and mobility devices.

• Restrooms include accessible stalls with handrails and emergency call buttons.
   

Additional Accessibility Features

• Accessible restrooms are located on each floor.

• Assistive listening systems (audio induction loops) are available upon request.

• Staff members are trained to provide accessibility support and assistance.
